    • Punchlist work is complete
    • Playground work is complete
    • Grass continues to grow
    • Light pole work for A5 is complete
    • Building has been turned over to the campus and is now being used
  • A6
    
    • Painting for all units is complete
    • Cabinets have been installed in all units
    • Stone veneer work continues around the building
    • Benches are complete in the courtyard
    • Handrails will be installed next week
    • Sink fixtures are being installed
    • Millwork is ongoing in each unit

  B5 (Phase 3)
  

  • Rebar has been placed and tied on the East side
  • Underground plumbing work is complete
  • First concrete foundation pour will take place this week

  • A5
    
    • Punch list and clean-up work is ongoing in each unit
    • Bike racks have been installed on the East side walk area
    • The playground is complete, and turf installation is complete
    • Trees continue to grow and grass plugs have been planted and are taking root
    • Electrical work for the light poles continues on the West side of A5
  • A6
    
    • Painting on the exterior walls is complete
    • Cabinets have been installed on all the East Units and second-level West units
    • Painting is ongoing in the North West and West units of level 1 and 3
    • Stone veneer work continues around the building
    • Concrete has been poured for the benches in the courtyard
    • Baseboard installation has started in the East units

  B5 (Phase 3)
  

  • Building pad work is complete
  • Concrete for the walls and base of the elevator pit has been poured
  • Underground plumbing work is ongoing

  TVA Phase 2
  

  • A5
    
    • Punchlist and clean-up work is ongoing in each unit
    • The sidewalk and bike rack that tie into Naniloa Loop have been poured
    • Courtyard sidewalks have been poured, and playground turf has been installed
    • Elevator inspection is completed and has passed state inspection
    • Topsoil has been placed and trees and small plants have been planted
  • A6
    
    • Exterior siding panels are being painted on the West side
    • Cabinets are being installed in the East units of each floor
    • Drywall work is complete on the West units of each floor; texture paint is not ongoing
    • Insulation continues to be installed on the North Units of each floor
    • Stone veneer continues on the outer walls of the building

  Phase 3
  

  • Building pad work has begun and is ongoing
  • Excavation for the elevator pit is complete
  • Underground Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) rough-in has started

  TVA Phase 2
  

  • A5
    
    • Punchlist work has started and is ongoing through each unit
    • Fire Alarm work in the building nears completion
    • Concrete for the sidewalk and bike racks that connect to Naniloa will be poured this week
    • Courtyard sidewalks have been poured, turf to be installed this week and next week
    • The Elevator is complete and will be inspected by the state in April
    • Top soil for landscaping is being placed around the building
  • A6
    
    • Exterior siding panels are being painted around the building
    • Flooring and painting are complete on the East units of floors 2 and 3
    • Drywall and painting are ongoing in the East units on the first floor
    • Insulation continues to be installed on the West units of each floor
    • Stone veneer work is progressing around the outside and inside walls of the building

  Phase 3
  

  • Building Permits have been received
  • Building pad work will begin next week

  TVA Phase 2
  

  • A5
    
    • All of the cabinets and countertops have been installed for each unit
    • Appliance installation continues throughout the building
    • Sink installation is ongoing for the west units
    • Concrete for the courtyard benches has been poured
    • Exterior door locks are being installed for the exterior doors
  • A6
    
    • Roofing underlayment and shingles have all been laid
    • Plumbers have completed roof vent work
    • Green vapor barrier has been installed on the inside walls of each floor
    • Concrete walkways for level 2 have been poured; level 3 will be poured this week
    • Windows continue to be installed around the North and West sides of the building

  Phase 3
  

  • The permitting process continues

  October 2025

  TVA Phase 2
  

  • A5
    
    • All the exterior walls have been painted
    • Interior walls have been framed on all levels
    • Plumbing and electrical fixtures installation nears completion
    • Drywall work is complete in all units
    • Cabinets and countertops are going to be installed in all units before the 24^th of December
    • Flooring has been installed in all units
  • A6
    
    • All ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms) have been placed and grouted
    • Trusses and sheathing have been placed for the East and North sides of the building
    • Plumbing and fire sprinkler rough-in is in progress on the third level
    • Electricians are working on in-wall and fire alarm rough-in on the third floor

  Phase 3
  

  • Abatement and demolition of buildings J, K, L, and M are complete, and all debris has been hauled off the site
  • Electrical and sewer tie-in for phase 3 is ongoing

  TVA Phase 2
  

  • A4

    • Appliances have been installed in all the units.
    • Interior finishes and fixtures are complete.
    • Furniture has been delivered and placed in each unit.
    • The last of the underground utilities work is nearly complete.

  • A5

    • ICF walls have been completed up to the third level. ICF form installation continues on the third level.
    • Third-level floor system framing and sheathing in progress.
    • Interior walls are being framed on the second level.
    • Plumbing rough-in complete on first level.

  • A6

    • Underground plumbing has been installed on the east side.
    • Concrete forms are currently being built, and preparation for pouring the mat slab is in progress.
    • West side underground plumbing work is in progress.

  Phase 3 Preparation:

  • The road near the site remains closed.
  • Site grading is in progress where Building H is located.
