PROPANE FARM PROJECT

About This Project

The newest edition to the ongoing construction is the Propane Farm Project. This project will consist of installing two 12,000-gallon LPG tanks near the CAC building. These propane tanks will be able to supply gas to all of campus. The purpose of this project is to add to the reduction of the traditional use of power, which will allow BYUH to become more self-sufficient and independent.

June 2023
The propane tanks have been successfully installed, with routing installation to be done in the near future.

July 2023
Excavation for the courtyard is planned for the end of the month to facilitate the gas line installation.

August 2023
Excavation work has started for the courtyard area in preparation for Hawaii Gas to install their gas line.
