The new three-story building features flexible state-of-the-art teaching laboratories, research and support spaces, classrooms, in addition to other informal learning and collaboration spaces. It will be home to math and science instruction and replaces the General Classroom Building.

This building was raised roughly 36 inches to be above the flood plain. The roughly 42, 000-square-foot facility features eight classrooms, 22 labs, 24 offices and several informal learning areas.

Beam of Memory

BYU–Hawaii students, faculty, and staff signed their name on a beam in front of the Academic Advisory Center. On March 31, 2021 the beam was put in place on top of the Science Building.
