Project Summary

Construction
Completion Date: February 2022

The new TVA Building A1, part of phase one of the new TVA housing project, finished construction in February 2022. It is located between the Teacher Education Building and the newly constructed Mikionele Way extension. It is constructed of insulated concrete forms (ICF) that will overcome many of the challenges of the existing construction. This building contains 28 units of three varying layouts — 18 one-bedroom units (including one ADA-compliant unit) with ten two-bedroom units (including one ADA-compliant unit).
