Hale 8 (Phase 1)
- Hale 8 back access door
- The first five parking stalls in front of Hale 12
- The sidewalk behind Hale 8
Hale 2 (Phase 2)
- All front entrances and doors
- Sidewalk access in front of Hale 2
- Parking spaces adjacent to the work area
Health Center (Phase 3)
- The sidewalk beside the Health Center
- The adjacent roadway, with normal traffic flow restored
